Faculty members are selected according to their individual talents and background within specific areas. Faculty members are experienced trainers skilled at stimulating and creating a positive learning environment for the students.

Training
Training will consist of theory classes, applications of subject matters studied in the theory classes, management, business concepts and the elements of personal success. Teaching methods are fundamental to the success of educational outcomes at any level.

Assessment
Menzies Institute of Technology follows AQTF regulations and incorporates good educational practices into teaching and assessment. Assessment for each unit of competence includes a range of approaches which allows students to demonstrate competence in a variety of ways.
